Chase is a lovely little girl, sure, except for the fact that she can see into the future, among other things. She generally assumes everyone is a fictional character, however she is able to see into the future.
When she has a vision, it will ALWAYS come true. What she's doing is tapping into the writer (in this case, you) and knowing what's been planned. When she predicts things, it's a lot more vague and may or may not come true.
And, as a bit of a quirk to her ability, Chase is also very aware (as of writing this she isn't, but will be) she is in a roleplaying game. She will DEFINITELY keep this to herself, for the most part, but if you don't want her to mutter something about how we're all puppets putting on a show, this is the place to let me know! I'll always ask OOC when it's cool to do it, of course, this is to just get the general idea.
If you EVER want to use her visions as some sort of plot point for your character, message me and let me know what she'll be seeing. :3 This is more so I don't step on any toes!

Can Chase have visions of your character's future on the ship? Can she tell them? We'd have to discuss the specifics, obviously, but I think that could be fun with Tommy!
Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Unfortunately, he's more or less right from the end of the canon, so there's not much more to see!
Is Chase allowed to predict your future? I'm generally okay with this, yup!

Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Yes and yes! I'll be nudging Asato along the line of his canon path with Konoe. Since he is drawn from early in the canon, he does have a lot of history to still go through. Some things she could see include:
-His father is a devil now, and did not abandon him and his mother as he had always thought
-He and Konoe become lovers and a sanga/touga pair.
-He rejected the offer to start his life anew with his memories of the past wiped away. As a result, Leaks manipulated his demonic blood and forced him to change into a monster. (Have a derpy translation.) He does regain control of himself and helps Konoe defeat Leaks, but not before maiming both his father and Konoe (Konoe severs his own mangled hand shortly after).
-He returns to Kira after several years to reconcile with his tribe, asserting that he's found his own place in the world but that he's grateful to Kira, despite everything.
I'll leave it up to your/Chase's discretion what she sees and what she reveals and when. The whole "monster" deal is a touchy subject with him, but I'm fine with it being brought up.

Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Well, he's from the end of canon, and I'm playing him as having just drowned himself, so. Not sure what there is to tell. But you could have her know about that, or about anything in his past, or about the future of New Earth.

Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Yes. The point of canon Cibo is pulled, she really has no control over anything that will happen if she returns, so it really doesn't matter if she knows or not.
THIS IS ABOUT TO MAKE NO SENSE WHATSOEVER BUT TRUST ME.Cibo has entered the Silicon Life's mainframe and is about to copy/paste human genetic coding into her own body -- but the Safeguard will download a Level 9 Safeguard Program into her body as well. This will mix with the human genetic coding and create a Net Terminal Gene.
Cibo will have to reroute enough power into Killy's Gravitational Beam Emitter to destroy her body. This will deteriorate her form to a horrid little thing which embodies the Net Terminal Gene as an orb in her abdomen. She will then wander aimlessly for possibly decades or centuries.
A woman with black hair (Sanakan) with a gravitational beam emitter with arrive to rescue her, but will killed protecting Cibo. Eventually, Cibo will die and the Net Terminal Gene will be given to Killy. He will fight for centuries and risk his life to keep it safe until he finds a place free of The City for it to grow..
The Net Terminal Gene will be safe.
